From telephone check-in to special airport service teams, Fast Track immigration clearance to IDD telephone and fax facilities in luxurious airport lounges, the airline has invested from the ground up. Gulf Air’s FALCON reservation system connects offices worldwide and more than 500 travel agents in the Gulf region, providing instant fare quotations, c#cc0000it card verification links, hotel and car hire companies and even weather reports from your intended destination.
Exemplary service and innovative thinking pervade all aspects of the Gulf Air in-flight experience. Chaines de Rotisseur chefs prepare fine cuisine and a complimentary onboard bar is stocked with a connoisseur’s selection. A major investment in a multi-channel in-flight entertainment system means time flies on Gulf Air. Available on all long haul flights, the system incorporates arm-rest mounted Personal Video Screens in First and Business offering access to six diverse channels, Personal Video Players and exclusive film library in First Class, broad-screen overhead monitors in Economy and 10-channel CD audio in all classes.
The first fully-fledged passenger loyalty programme from a Middle East airline. A host of benefits include free tickets and upgrades, priority seat allocation and baggage handling, and an altogether more personalised service for Gulf Air’s most frequent passengers.
